  • Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, please allow 3-7 day for processing and handling. Please note that this time frame does not include weekends or holidays.
  • After processing, your order will be shipped to the address provided during checkout.

2. Delayed, Lost, or Stolen Packages:

  • Chimera Beauty Bar is NOT responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, or stolen during transit.
  • In the rare event that your package encounters any of these issues, we kindly ask you to contact USPS directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS for further assistance.
  • Chimera Beauty Bar will not replace or refund any items that are delayed, lost, or stolen during the shipping process.

3. Billing and Shipping Addresses:

  • We request that you keep your billing address and shipping address identical whenever possible.
  • Please ensure that you enter the correct billing address associated with your bank card during the checkout process. Entering an incorrect billing address may result in a payment processing error.
  • If you see a pending transaction on your card after a failed payment attempt, rest assured that it will fall off, and it only signifies an attempted transaction.

4. Tracking Your Order:

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery.

5. International Shipping:

  • Currently, we only offer shipping within the United States. We do not provide international shipping options.
